This weekend at Comedy Heights at Lestat’s on Adams Ave. we bring you Jason Horton, John Alcabes, Julie Golden and Allen Rios

We’ve got four feature comedians this weekend at Comedy Heights at Lestat’s on Adams Ave.  Jason Horton, Jon Alcabes, Julie Golden(Fri), Allen Rios(Sat), Al Gavi and guest host Rachel Lloyd.  Doors open at 7:30pm with both shows starting at 8:00pm.  $5 cover converts to same day cafe credit.

Jason Horton is a Los Angeles comedian by way of San Diego by way of New York, He has been featured on Comedy Central, America’s Funniest Videos, and the History Channel. Jason has performed nationwide, including Don’t Tell Comedy, The Comedy Store, Hollywood Improv, Helium, and internationally in Berlin and Prague.

JON ALCABES is a Brooklyn based stand up comedian and a writer for satire website Clickhole. Jon has been featured in the Laugh After Dark Comedy Festival in Las Vegas, the Savage Henry Comedy in Eureka, California and the Beast Village Comedy Festival in Des Moines, Iowa. When Jon is not performing, he is standing in a circle outside of a bar with some other comedians, usually blocking the sidewalk. Jon got banned from Twitter so follow him on Instagram for upcoming shows.

Julie is a television producer, writer, podcaster, and standup comic with a hilarious and irreverent point of view on navigating life and love as a divorced single Mom. Biting and bold Julie doesn’t sugar coat anything – that would interfere with maintaining her ideal goal weight. You’ve seen her perform all over Los Angeles-The Comedy Store, Hollywood Improv, The Ice House, Flappers, Bourbon Room.  She co-hosts and produces the monthly comedy show at the Kookoobura Lounge “See You Next Tuesday,” which features some of the hottest headliners in town alongside the next generation of up and coming comics.   Julie was also chosen to perform at the 2024 World Series of Comedy in Las Vegas.

Larger-than-average San Diego native Allen Rios is a clean comic that continues to call America’s Finest City home. He performs around town sharing his funny stories about growing up gay, Mexican, and anxious. He is a regular at Comedy Heights and is an original member of their LaughPac crew of rising comics mentored by Al Gavi and Tony Calabrese. He co-produces Kacklez’s Hillcrest show at AWOL Bar and frequently opens for several Kacklez shows around the county.
