This Saturday night at Comedy Heights at Twiggs we bring you the hilarious Ivana Shein.

Since 2021, Ivana Shein has played a multi-season recurring role (in two timelines) as the mother of the lead character, Maya Bishop on Shonda Rhimes’s, ABC series, Station 19. She was heavily influenced by playing the role of Receptionist Number Two, in writer/director Richard J. Lewis’s film, award winning film, Barney’s Version, and wrote a play, The Life-Altering Role of Receptionist Number Two, based on the character. This collaboration led to Richard J. Lewis directing Ivana in her one woman play Faking It, at The Comedy Central stage. Faking It was also performed at Upright Citizen Brigade and at Montreal’s ZooFest Just For Laughs Festival (where Ivana had been previously honored in  competition as the “ Last Comic Standing” winner of “Sketch Troop).  She is also currently developing a podcast, Skinny Dipping, with management/production company, Sugar 23.

Joining Ivana this week are Belester Benitez, Chris Clobber, Dan Grove and our own Al Gavi. Showtime 8pm with the doors opening at 7:30pm.
