The hilarious Diya Basrai comes to Comedy Heights at Bay Bridge Brewing and Twiggs this weekend. Diya is originally from San Diego, California, and he began performing stand-up comedy as a freshman in college. Since then he has opened for comics such as Joel Kim Booster and Taylor Tomlinson, and upon graduating self-produced and recorded a half hour comedy special called “Diya Basrai’s Jokes From College.”

Joining Diya this weekend are the hilarious Mary Upchurch, Pam Wardrip, Ryan Archuleta, Ty Shelton and Al Gavi. Nic Flair and Kyle Gillis join the line up Saturday night. It’s going to be a fantastic weekend of comedy! Show time Friday night at Bay Bridge Brewing is 8pm with the doors opening at 3pm for great brews and eats. Show time Saturday night at Twiggs is 8pm with the doors opening at 7:30pm. Parking is a challenge at Twiggs so arrive early!
